Where People and Ideas Come Together

Spear Street Capital has executed a comprehensive redevelopment plan to reposition Watertown Exploratory Labs (WELL) to accommodate a variety of onsite uses including mission-critical research and development, manufacturing, diagnostics, and all supporting office functions. The redevelopment includes wholesale building and sitewide infrastructure upgrades as well as a state-of-the-art amenity offering that is dedicated to the campus.

The WELL is all about community, growth, nourishment, well-being, and collective progress. It’s where people and ideas come together, providing a place for today’s thought-leaders to exchange ideas and tap into the resources they need to fuel their exploration.
